PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the title device capable of being used in common to capacitor elements of various sizes and reduce the influence of heat during welding. SOLUTION: A lead frame 13 is mounted on a frame guide 40 and a tantalum line 3 of a capacitor element 8 is subjected to laser welding to an anode connection side end part of the lead frame 13. In the frame guide 40, movement can be adjusted freely up and down and the movement of the lead frame 13 in vertical and horizontal directions is regulated, and sucked and held by a patch 57. An area near a laser welding part of the frame guide 40 is formed of a material of high heat conduction rate. The lead frame 13 has a bent part 13b which is bent toward above an anode side connection end part and the tantalum line 3 is welded to an upper end of the bent part 13b. |
