PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the starting time of an induction motor, and provide an electric car control equipment which performs starting control of comfortable ride. SOLUTION: A real magnetic flux estimation part 2 operates the real magnetic flux estimation value having time-lag of first order determined by the second order time constant of an induction motor IM, from the state that the induction motor IM does not rise, to a magnetic flux command value Φ* for applying torque. From the real magnetic flux estimation value Φ and a torque command value T* considering comfortable ride, a torque current command value generating part 5 operates a torque current command value Iq *, and a slip frequency operating part 6 operates a slip frequency ωs . |
