PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact, light-weight apparatus, which can measure low-concentration gas in high sensitivity with the low cost and the simple operation, by using the gas, which is decomposed or coverted in a converting part, as base-line gas, using the gas, which is not decomposed or converted it the converting part, as sample gas, alternately switching the gases and performing base-line correction. SOLUTION: A converting part 2, which coverts gas to be measured and changes the gas into the material that does not respond to a sensor 3, is provided at the front stage of the sensor 3. The gas, which is converted in the converting part 2, is made to be base-line gas. The gas, which is not converted in the converting part 2, is made to be sample gas. These gases are alternately switched, and the correction of the base line is performed. Thus, the gas concentration of the gas to be measured is measured. |
