PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a high starting power with a slow operation of user by half- wave rectifying a.c. output from a power generation part by a rectifing part, and temporality string the output and the output of reverse polar output in a accumulation part connected in series to the power generation part, and raising the elecric potential of a.c. output subjected to the half-wave rectification process. SOLUTION: An electric power W1 having the polarity to be half-wave rectified and an electric power W2 having the reverse polarity are output from a power generating part 10. The power W2 flows through an accumulation part 30 and one-way directional element 35 to charge the part 30. The power W1 passes through a rectifying part 20 and rectified there, and then supplied to a supply part 4. In this case, the part 30 charged with the power W2 is in a series connected state to the part 10, so that the voltage of power supplied to the part 4 through the part 20 is composed of output voltage of the part 10 and the voltage generated by the charge temporality charged to the part 30 added thereto. Accodingly the efficicency when the voltage of the supply part 4 is high. |
