PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which arrival of an incoming call is notified surely to a possessor by means of vibration. SOLUTION: The incoming call notice system for a portable telephone set provided with an antenna 2, a transmission reception section 3, a control circuit 4, and a vibration means 6 consisting of a vibrator drive circuit and a motor whose operation is controlled by the control circuit 4, is provided with a mode selection means 7 to set the vibration mode consisting of combinations of the number of revolutions of the motor and motor start/stop period of the like, and then the mode selection means 7 varies the number of revolutions of the motor or motor start/stop period. |
