<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating member with almost uniform return force or small bias return force or rotating force over a wide rotating range by imparting moment of force to the rotating member at the added value of both positive and negative moment. SOLUTION: As to the rotational energizing force F of a rotating member T to a reference member Ref, moment of force imparted around the axis of a rotating fulcrum O becomes the added value of both positive-negative moment vectors f1, f2 generated at the end parts (the other ends) SPA of spring members, SP1, SP2 so as to be imparted with this added value. When the rotating member T is rotated clockwise, for instance, the scalar quantity of the vector f1 is increases, and the direction of the vector f1 is kept counterclockwise. The scalar quantity of the vector f2 is decreased, and its direction is kept clockwise. The spring members SP1, SP2 are respectively different in angular moment by the bending quantity (precompression value), thickness, width, spring end locking positions, and the like.</p> |
