The method is for printing conductive and insulation patterns of encoder PCB easily and removing gap between patterns includes steps: a) printing silver on overall substrate; b) drying and annealing the substrate; c) printing glass for insulation pattern on silver printed substrate; and d) drying the substrate for melting the glass.
