An uncooked food and a method of preparing the same, which is ready to eat in any place by vacuum packaging a predetermined portion of a grain powder mixture in dough form, and has an improved shelf life. The method of preparing an uncooked ready-to-eat grain food includes: (a) grinding a variety of grains into powder form; (b) adding a viscous syrup containing sugars or proteins to the grain powder mixture from step (a), and mixing the mixture in dough form; and (c) portioning the dough from step (b) into predetermined-size portions, and vacuum packing each portion of dough. |
