Each of the drive information 521 and the drive information 522 includes plural recording/reproducing conditions 521a. The operating condition of the information recording/reproducing device at the time when the data are recorded/reproduced by the information recording/ reproducing device capable of loading the information recording medium, is stipulated by each of the plural recording/reproducing conditions 521a. The plural recording/reproducing conditions 521a are arranged in order of the time recorded on the information recording medium.
