The tube is made from a steel sheet band which is folded longitudinally. It comprises two opposite walls (4,5) connected by two end walls (6,7) so as to form an elongated closed contour in a lateral direction. There are two intermediate partitions which delimit, with the end walls, channels (26 -29) mutually aligned in the lateral direction. A first (8) of two end lateral regions of the steel sheet band is folded up against one (4) onto the other (5) principal walls in a convex region (14) to form a groove (30). This groove is then filled with brazing to seal it from fluid.
