A plasma burner contains a body (10) which forms a carrier structure that allows connection to three supply circuits, viz, an electrical circuit supplying the anode and cathode, a coolant circuit and a third circuit for the fluid that generates the plasma. There is an electrode holder (13) connected to the cathode that has an internal channel (14) connected to the coolant circuit and a series of radial outlet openings (16). An electrode can be connected with the holding element and has an inner chamber which is connected at the input with the internal channel and opens out into the series of openings. A nozzle holder is connected to the anode and is located outside the electrode holder. It has at least three pipelines, the first connected with the openings and the third with the plasma-generating fluid supply. There are also descriptions of the distance ring and an intermediate member.
|
