PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance adhesiveness or taste characteristics after retorting by using a polyester film specified in its melt peak temp. as a main component, and specifying a surface orientation coefficient and the coefficient of linear expansion in the longitudinal direction of the film at specific temp. SOLUTION: In a polyester film for metal panel laminating molding processing, a polyester B with a melt peak temp. of 215-245 deg.C is laminated on at least a single surface and the temp. difference between the melt peak temp. of a polyester A and that of the polyester B is 5-30 deg.C. The melt peak temp. of the polyester A is 215-260 deg.C and, in a biaxially stretched film, a surface orientation coefficient is 0.095-0.13 mainly from a point of lamination properties and moldability and it is necessary to set the coefficient of linear expansion of the film to (-140×10<6> )-(-5×10<6> K<1> ) at 125 deg.C in the longitudinal direction of the film mainly from an aspect of the enhancement of the adhesiveness of the film and a steel panel. |
