PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of maintaining a highly accurate beam pitch by preventing a base from being bent even when the light source becomes a high temp. and a case is thermally expanded in the light source device of a multibeam scanner scanning plural beams simultaneously. SOLUTION: Engaging holes 21a and lens supporting parts 21b1 for supporting collimating lenses are formed in on a base 21 and plural lens supporting parts are integrally coupled with a connecting part 21b2. The connecting part 21b2 is formed in a direction parallel with the beam pitch direction of plural semiconductor lasers and straight line shaped relief parts 21b3 are formed in between the connecting part and the lens supporting parts 21b1. Thus, the connecting part 21b2 becomes a reinforcement and the base is made to be hardly deformed and the beam pitch is held with high accuracy. |
