PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operating burden of a producer who produces a transmitting document and also to eliminate the operating mistakes for designation of the additional documents by producing the transmitting document after selection of an additional document and a mail address corresponding to the keyword that designates a destination. SOLUTION: A destination information analyzing part 21 uses the address name given from an input device 1 as a key to retrieve the mail address of the destination information and the name of an additional document stored in a destination information storage part 31. Then the part 21 outputs the retrieved mail address and additional document name to a transmitting document production part 22 and an additional document reading part 23 respectively. The part 22 produces a transmitting document based on the mail address given from the part 21 and the contents of the additional document given from the part 23 and outputs the produced document to an output device 4. Then the part 23 retrieves the additional document by using the additional document name as a key from an additional document storage part 32 and reads the contents of the document to output them to the part 22.
