<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-way changeover valve capable of smooth operation even though a difference between a high pressure and a low pressure of refrigerant is large and surely carrying out changeover operation. SOLUTION: When a planetary gear mechanism 24 is driven by a motor 30 in a state of a pilot hole 14 blocked by a pilot valve element 175, the pilot valve element 175 is rotated so as to open the pilot hole 14, and a rotary valve 10 is rotated so that a low pressure introduction port 7 and a high pressure introduction port 8 corresponding to two through-holes are changed over. With this arrangement, even though a difference between high and low pressure of refrigerant is large, pipe lines can smoothly changed over, and further, the rotary valve is driven by the motor if its changeover, thereby the changeover operation is surely carried out irrespective of a rotational resistance exerted to the rotary valve.</p> |
