摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution which effectively avoids the situation that a TFT or the like formed on a substrate is destroyed by static electricity generated in a rubbing process or the like of a liquid crystal oriented film with respect to an active matrix substrate. SOLUTION: On the active matrix substrate, plural panel areas 11 are continuously formed where picture element electrodes are formed like a matrix on a substrate (insulating substrate 1) and picture element transistors are formed correspondingly to individual picture element electrodes and a peripheral circuit controlling the picture element transistor and a terminal part are formed around a picture element part 12 where each picture element electrode is formed. In this case, an anti-static conductive layer (common wiring 8) is provided in at least a part of the part other than the picture element part in the panel area 11 with an insulating layer (a second inter-layer insulating film 7) between them.</p>
