<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the flexibility of the system and to give expansibility by standardizing the data format of the whole system without being aware of the document format and database structure of input operation for individual information for managing an entry/exit gate and application form generating operation on an applying side. SOLUTION: According to document data, employee information, etc., generated by operating respective application devices 2, information (application information) on gate entering/exiting persons and gate entering/exiting vehicles is generated, the a managing device 4 inputs the application information generated by the application devices 2 to generate gate entry/exiting information, and the information on the gate entering/exiting persons and gate entering/exiting vehicles is managed together according to the gate entry/exiting information to allow and disallow the gate entering/exiting persons and gate entering/exiting vehicles to enter and exit.</p> |
