PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease vibrations of a moving part of a mirror rotary driving gear. SOLUTION: A mirror 20 with a mirror surface has a leaf spring 21 fastened to the rear by bonding, and is elastically supported. Moreover, on the opposite side of the side of the leaf spring 21 on which the mirror 20 is bonded, a bobbin 23 is bonded, and inside of the bobbin 23, a coil 26 is bonded in a state of a winding. A recessed hollow space is formed in the central part of the bobbin 23, and a magnet 27 is arranged in this space. The magnet 27 is bonded to a magnet fixing plate 28 made of non-magnetic substance. Moreover, to make the center of gravity and the rotation center of a moving part almost coincide with each other, counter balances 50a, 50b are mounted at two positions on the mirror 20. |
