<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and its manufacturing method which can improve the numerical aperture each display element and can increase the degree of freedom in determining the size and the driving capability of a TFT(thin film transistor) to drive an EL element. SOLUTION: This display device is equipped with display picture elements each of which is composed by laminating, sequentially on a board 1, a thin film transistor, a positive electrode 18, and an EL element that is provided with a negative electrode 13 connected to a source 10s of the thin film transistor, is driven by the thin film transistor, and releases the emitted light from the EL elements outward from a direction opposite to the board 1 side.</p> |
