<p>The process starts with the digitalization and processing of the images to be reproduced on the ceramic piece, said images having been obtained for example from a photography. The process proceeds with a lamination and photo-exposure phase by means of photolyte and which can be carried out in a single step, for monochromatic decorations, or several times for polychromatic (quadrichromy) decorations, specifically one operation for each color used. Further, a transport solution is applied for example with a serigraphic screen. After implantation of the image on the ceramic piece and drying thereof, the latter is placed in a furnace at high temperature, approximately 1 050 °C.</p> |
