<p>A method and device for pre-milling a confectionery material between two cylinders, of which a first cylinder can controllably swing with respect to a second fixed cylinder, between the first and second cylinders being provided a fedback adjustment controllable device for adjusting the position of the first cylinder with respect to the second cylinder, between the first and second cylinder being provided a spreading-apart force transducer for measuring the stress between the two cylinders, the spreading-apart force transducer being operatively coupled to a driving and control device defining, based on the spreading-apart force, the distance or gap to be obtained between the cylinders, the driving and control device being operatively coupled to the device for adjusting the mutual position of the cylinders, which adjustment device is feedback controlled based on the measurement of the distance between the cylinders. <IMAGE></p> |
