PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve practicability and popularity of a wind power generation device by improving wind receiving efficiency for larger output, increasing a wind receiving area, improving wind resistance and thereby reducing a power generation cost. SOLUTION: A blade of parallel motion is arranged between a rope laid across hilltops and ground. Running wheels 9 on the lower ends of legs 7 can be moved on a fixed rail 10 on a base 14. One end of the rope 4 is fixed to a blade attaching support base 3, while the other end is connected to a winding drum 13. One end of a rope 5 is fixed to the leg, while the other end is introduced downward through a pulley. The ropes connected to the shafts of the running wheels 9 and arranged symmetrically are lead to a drum 12 through a pulley 11. A generator is rotated by the rotation of the drums 12, 13, for generating, power. |
