PURPOSE: A data rate control circuit is provided to simplify a circuit needed to a system interface by forming a rate control part in case of a data interface into two counter logics. CONSTITUTION: A K down counter(10) performs a down-counting of the number of data burst. A K+A down counter(20) performs a down-counting of a generation position of the burst data which is down-counted through the K down counter(10). An RS flipflop(30) latches a request of the data and a transmission position according to an operation result of the K down counter(10) and the K+A down counter(20).
