PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain equipment excellent in compactness and others as a whole by eliminating an outdoor duct which has been necessary in conventional smokeless cooking equipment. SOLUTION: A fan 23 for supplying air forcibly and a dust collection part 19 for catching fine particles in air are provided, an air flow flowing from a cooking part 12 toward the dust collection part 19 is generated by the fan 23, and an air discharge opening 15 is formed downstream from the dust collection part 19. Fine particles such as smoke generated from the cooking part 12 are made to flow toward the dust collection part 19 by the fan 23 to be caught by the dust collection part 19. As a result, cleaned air with most of the fine particles removed is returned from the opening 15. |
