PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate always stable frictional force by respectively setting opposed surfaces of a cylindrical rotary body and a cylindrical frame body in parallel to a rotary shaft of the rotary body, and slantingly fixing rolling shafts of respective rollers so as to form a prescribed angle relative to a cross section including the rotary shaft of the rotary body. SOLUTION: Since sliding friction is generated while rolling respective rollers 3 by inclining rolling shafts B of the respective rollers 3 so as to form a prescribed angle θ or -θrelative to a cross section C orthogonal to the moving direction A of a cylindrical rotary body 1, optional resistance force in proportion to a load to the rotary race frame body 2 side can be imparted in rotary motion of the cylindrical rotary body 1. The resistance force of the cylindrical rotary body 1 can be extremely easily controlled by changing this load. In that case, since the sliding friction causes rolling of the respective rollers 3, static friction being a cause of a stick slip is not generated, so that always stable resistance force can be obtained. |
