The invention concerns a polyphenolic composition, characterised in that it contains simultaneously at least two of the following constituents: (i) grape juice concentrate titrated with 1 to 20 wt. % of polyphenols; (ii) wine extract titrated with 1 to 20 wt. % of polyphenols; (iii) water soluble olive extract titrated with 0.5 to 40 % of polyphenols.
