PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of an image quality due to charge defect toner, while effectively utilizing the recycled toner by controlling the recycled toner feeding ratio while detecting a surface state on the image carrier, with respect to the image forming device. SOLUTION: This image forming device is allowed, to transport recovered material by a cleaning device 5 into the waste toner container or to transport into a developing device by detecting the surface state by means of such as an AIDC(auto.image.density.control) sensor capable of performing the fog detection, and controlling first transporting means 8A and second transporting means 8B, in according with the above result and the image forming condition. In such a manner, the recycle ratio is made variable. |
