PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method of an electrolyzed water production device capable of surely sterilizing a cathode room in an electrolytic bath and a pipe line inside. SOLUTION: Acidic water produced by an anode room 12a of the electrolytic bath 11 is stored in a storage tank 18. The acidic water in the storage tank 18 is returned into the anode room 12a by operating a pump 17. The acidic water returned into the anode room 12a is again electrolyzed and fed into a first water feed line 14, a connection part 16, a second water feed line 15 and a cathode room 13a, and sterilizes the insides of these first water feed line 14, connection part 16, second water feed line 15 and cathode room 13a. Next, washing of the insides of the anode room 12a and the cathode room 13a is more surely performed by again impressing voltage on the anode 12 and the cathode 13 in a state filled with water in the anode room 12a and the cathode room 13a.
