PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temperature elevation of externally exposed parts even at the time of long-term use by providing the machine with a heater cover so as to cover a heater, forming the heater cover to a double structure consisting of inner and outer covers, providing the respective covers with discharge holes and communicating the space region on the inner side of the heater cover and the discharge side of an air cooling fan. SOLUTION: The heater 2 is provided with the heater cover 21 so as to cover the heater 2 apart a prescribed spacing from the heater. The heater cover 21 consists of the inner cover 21A and outer cover 21B which are integrally formed via a prescribed gap layer 22. The inner cover 21A and the outer cover 21B are respectively provided with the plural discharge holes 21A and 21B. The structure to communicate the space region on the inner side of the heater cover 21 and the discharge side of cooling for 7 on the case body 3 side is adopted. As a result, the size reduction over the entire part of the device is made possible and the temperature of the outer cover 21B may be made relatively lower. Then, the temperature elevation of the externally exposure parts at the time of long-term use may be suppressed.
