PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mat type air massage easy to handle, to carry out a work for piping conduits and for maintenance. SOLUTION: A plurality of first air bags 13A to 13H forming a first air bag group is provided in parallel at a mat section 12, and a plurality of second air bags 14A to 14B forming a second air bag group reciprocally disposed to each first air bag is provided in parallel. A plurality of first conduit groups individually connected with each first air bag and a first air distributor 34 connecting with conduits 15A to 15H of the first conduit groups are disposed placing next to one edge side of a width direction of the mat section 12. A plurality of second conduit groups individually connected with each second air bag and a second air distributor 35 connecting with conduits 16A to 16H of the second conduit groups are disposed placing next to each other edge side of the width direction of the mat section 12. Pumps 32, 33, connecting with both distributors 34, 35, are disposed at the center of the width direction of the mat section 12. Mounted parts on the mat section are generally symmetrically disposed to the width direction of the mat section 12.
