PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently inspect an individual circuit part, and to easily and inexpensively attain assembly in a microwave circuit mainly with microwave and milli-wave bands. SOLUTION: First and second microstrip line boards 101a are constituted so that the both edges can be projected from metallic carriers 102, and the metallic carriers 102 are constituted so that they can be assembled in the recessed parts of a metallic base board 105, and that the ground faces of the projected parts of the first and second microstrip line boards 101a can be connected with the metallic base board 105. Thus, an individual circuit part constituted in each carrier can be independently inspected, and assembly can be easily and inexpensively attained in this microwave circuit. |
