The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide-HOMO negative regulator 21 of programmed cell death and polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by DNA recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as cancer, disorder of embryonic growth, immune disease, eccyliosis, phlogosis, hemopathy, and HIV infection. antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO negative regulator 21 of programmed cell death. |
