PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which are actualized only by a network and carry out computerized commerce while sufficiently making good use of characteristics of the network. SOLUTION: A server which stores homepages for bidding and bid handling is included and this server sends the homepage for bidding to a bidder which is to plan author business through the Internet and includes a form for receiving bid information needed to put a request to create an author at an auction; and the server receives and publishes the bid information in the home page for bid handling and sends the homepage to an applicant for the request to create the author, the homepage for bid handling includes a form for receiving bid handling information needed for handling the bid, and the server receives the bid handling information and publishes it in a homepage displaying the state of bidding and bid handling.
