PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commerce system which can perform business contract between a purchaser and a dealer and can deliver an article to the purchaser from the dealer while the privacy of the purchaser is maintained. SOLUTION: The terminal equipment (managing center) 30 of a deliverer 3 privately manages information on the purchaser 1 and the dealer 2. Terminal equipment 30 corresponds to information on the purchaser 1 and gives a first password (first code) having secrecy to the purchaser 1. After the first password is transmitted to the terminal equipment 20 of the dealer 2 from the terminal equipment 10 of the purchaser 1 who previously obtains information on the article from the dealer 2, the business contract of the article is concluded. Terminal equipment 30 corresponds to the first password received by the terminal equipment 20 of the dealer 2 and gives information (name, address or the like) on the purchaser 1 required for the delivery of the article to the deliverer 3. |
