Cleaning compositions that are suitable for removing dirt, grease and oils from the hands, or other skin surfaces, without the need for additional water, or other solvent. Methods of cleaning hands, or other skin surfaces, using the cleaning compositions are also disclosed. The cleaning compositions comprise a latex emulsion of a polymer, an organosilicon compound, an emollient composition, a surfactant composition, and water. |
