PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a condiment enabling sterilizing properties of peppermint (i.e., a plant belonging to mentha herb genus in Labiatae) to be made to act on every corner of ingredients and materials of a salad without impairing the taste of the salad by mentha herb or its extract, if possible. SOLUTION: A liquid condiment is prepared by including vinegar, salt and mentha herb extract. Another liquid condiment or a semisolid one is prepared by including edible oil, vinegar, salt and mentha herb extract. |
