<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improved reliability, compactness and cost reduction of a circuit breaking system safety device making use of rise in pressure. SOLUTION: In a safety device 10 in which a standard pressure chamber 2 is formed by fitting a top plate 3 with a conductive path 4 so as to cover a plate-shape body 1 and the top plate 3 is to be destroyed and the conductive path is to be broken by the difference of pressure from the outside, depth A of the standard pressure chamber 2 is to be within 10 to 50% of the maximum diameter D of the standard pressure chamber viewed horizontally.</p> |
