摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit by reducing the number of rectifying circuits. SOLUTION: Each output of a pair of rectifying circuits 23 and 24 connected to a pair of coils 11 and 12 having the inductance to be changed in the opposite directions in response to the torque is input as a first and a second subsidiary voltage S1 and S2 through buffer circuits 27 and 28, and a difference between them is amplified, and output as a first main voltage. Each output of the pair of rectifying circuits is input as a third and a fourth subsidiary voltage S3 and S4 through buffer circuits 29 and 30, and a difference between them is amplified, and output as a second main voltage M2. The torque is detected on the basis of the first main voltage, and the first main voltage is diagnosed on the basis of the second main voltage. The relation between selected any one of the first and the third subsidiary voltage and selected any one of the second and the forth subsidiary voltage previously obtained in the normal condition is stored, and a subsidiary voltage value of the selected pair of subsidiary voltage is input, and checked with the relation between the stored pair of subsidiary voltage so as to discriminate the generation of abnormality or not.
