PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera having an electronic watermark function where mutual resetting attended with setting of. an image pickup mode and an imbedding mode is not needed. SOLUTION: The image recording device having an image pickup means picking up an object and a means that imbeds prescribed imbedding data to image data obtained by the image pickup, is provided with a means that sets a 1st item to specify an image pickup mode, a means that sets a 2nd item to specify the imbedding mode based on the 1st item, the image pickup means picks up the object on the basis of the 1st item and the imbedding means performs imbedding on the basis of the 2nd item. Or the setting sequence of the items to specify the imbedding mode and the image pickup mode is mutually replaced. |
