PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine-mounting frame to facilitate positioning and ensure strength. SOLUTION: A pair of bases 8a and 8b are mounted in a manner to be positioned across a space between lateral stays 6a and 6b. The bases 8a and 8b and the lateral stays 6a and 6b are fixed by fixing members 9a and 9b. The bases 8a and 8b are provided with a pair of cut rises respectively cut and rising in the vicinity of an end part in a longitudinal direction toward the end part and a cut rise hole formed by forming the cut rise. Further, slit parts in which respective rubber vibration insulators are slidably mounted are formed in the bases 8a and 8b.
