PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a phase transition optical disk having small crosstalk and good recording/reproducing characteristics. SOLUTION: Relating to the phase transition disk having the reflectance of a crystal part lower than the reflectance of a noncrystal part observed from the detecting side of light, a part of the interference layer between the recording layer 15 and the substrate 11 consists of a first layer 14, second layer 13 and third layer 12 having different dielectric consts. from each other of adjacent layers. Thus, both of optical characteristics and thermal characteristics are optimized at the same time. |
