<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user, who desires transportation, to use at a charge lower than the normal by using a free transportation vehicle and to improve the loading efficiency of a transport vehicle. SOLUTION: A trader makes information on transport vehicles, having margins of loading open to the public on a network and provides low-price transportation for a user who desires other additional transportation. As the information on the transport vehicles, transportable ranges of additional transportation and conditions of loads by the transport vehicles are presented, and the user retrieves a transport vehicle meeting its transportation conditions according to the information, which is made open to the public. If a transport vehicle matching the conditions exist, the user applies for the use of the transport vehicle.</p> |
