PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a night vision system simply, inexpensively being constituted, avoiding mutual interference with a car on the opposite lane, and considering the eye safe of pedestrians or the like. SOLUTION: This night vision system for an automobile 10 is equipped with an infrared source 12 having at least one near infrared LED 12a projecting a near infrared ray to the front of the automobile 11; an imaging means 13 detecting an image by near infrared ray from the front of the automobile; a display means 15 to which an imaging signal from the imaging means is inputted and displaying an imaging screen of the imaging signal; and a control means 14 driving and controlling them.
