METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin molding which can obtain a molding material excellent in mechanical properties such as a tensile modulus of elasticity and impact strength by dispersing a polyester resin which is a general purpose resin and does not take the structure of liquid crystal in a thermoplastic resin while the molecules of the polyester resin are highly oriented. SOLUTION: A mixture of the thermoplastic resin and the thermoplastic polyester resin having a melting point higher than the moldable temperature of the thermoplastic resin, after being melted and extruded at a temperature equal to or above the melting point of the polyester resin, is rolled by applying pressure in a direction approximately perpendicular to the extrusion direction at a temperature between the glass transition temperature and low temperature crystallization temperature of the polyester resin.
