PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting method for a radiographic device by which an image size is matched even after the radiographic device is replaced and the radiation photographing device. SOLUTION: When an image read part 3 of the radiographic device 50 is replaced, the size of an image is varied so that the size of the image outputted through the image read part having been replaced matches the size of the image output through a replacing image read part 3, thus the sizes of the images outputted through the replaced and replacing image read parts 3 can be matched with each other without adjusting the interval B between an X-ray source 31 and a stimulable phosphor plate 4.
