PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a UV-pressurizing device, which prevents an annular elastic member from slipping off by a tight adhesive force to glass. SOLUTION: The UV-pressurizing device is comprised of a base, a first sealing means, which is provided with an annular elastic member being brought into contact with the base in the lower face and is provided with an annular elastic member, being brought into contact with a work in the upper face and is made of a cylindrical holding member, which has an air hole formed in the side, a second sealing means which is provided with an annular elastic member, being brought into contact with the work in the lower face and is provided with an annular elastic member, being brought into contact with a UV transmission member in the upper face and is made of a cylindrical holding member which has an air hole formed in the side, and the UV transmission member. The base, the first sealing means, the second sealing means, and the UV transmission member are arranged like a sandwich and area fixed, and compressed air is introduced to a first space formed by the base, the first sealing means, and the work and a second space formed by the work, the second sealing means, and the UV transmission member, and the work is irradiated with UV-rays while applying a static pressure to the work. The cylindrical holding members are provided with annular grooves in which inverted tapers are formed, and the annular elastic members are fit in the annular grooves and are fixed, by fixing means in which inverted tapers are formed.
