PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference server program by which a labor for beginning a conference is reduced. SOLUTION: In a conference server 1, a structure recognition means 1a recognizes the location of a host server 3. When receiving a conference reparation request designating one or more attendees from a client 2, a judgment means 1b judges whether or not all the attendees are users under the control of itself. When all the attendees are the users under the control of itself, an execution means 1c executes conference beginning processing in response to a conference preparing request. When at least one of the attendees are not the users under the control of itself, a transfer means 1d transfers the conference preparing request to the server 3 in tree structure. Thus, the conference server corresponding to the attendees of the conference is decided automatically as the beginning place of the conference, thereby the labor of a conference beginning person for designating the conference server is omitted. |
