摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cell of a solid high polymer electrolyte fuel cell and a device thereof, capable of manufacturing the cell, without causing wrinkles in a solid high polymer electrolyte film. SOLUTION: A spacer 112 is arranged on a hot plate 111 downward of a hot press 110; an air electrode film 12 is arranged inside this spacer 112; the solid high polymer electrolyte film 12 is arranged on this film the spacer 112 is arranged on the electrolyte film 12, so as to be set opposed to the spacer 112. After a hydrogen electrode film 13 is arranged inside this spacer 112, the hot plate 111 of the hot press 110 is heated; the solid high polymer electrolyte film 11, the air electrode film 12, and the hydrogen electrode film 13 are heated, while pressurizing and closely contacting these films, by lowering the upper hot plate 111. A part of the solid high polymer electrolyte film 11, projecting from the peripheral edge of the air electrode film 12 and the hydrogen electrode film 13, is sandwiched by the spacer 112 and is heated, while the part is pressurized.
