CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR, ITS MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND ITS MOUNTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize mounting wherein internal bonding and mounting on a circuit board of a crystal oscillator are enabled by using leadless solder, so that contamination of environment is not generated. SOLUTION: Leadless solder whose main component is Sn-Sb based alloy is used as solder 4 for bonding an electrode 3 on a crystal oscillation chip 2 to lead terminals 5 which is used for electrical connection to an external part of a hermetically sealed case 1.
