PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dispersion of image qualities of MR images of multiple slices. SOLUTION: This MRI apparatus adjusting method is not only scanning for adjusting a transmission gain and a receiving gain of a single slice to be a center but also scanning for adjusting transmission gains and receiving gains of respective two or more slices and the transmission gains and the receiving gains of the respective slices are optimized based on the obtained data. This method can provide a similar quality MR image for any slice.
